Our founder, Emily, has been honing her skills building HR teams for nearly two decades. She’s passionate about doing things differently – using cutting-edge, proactive search techniques to find top talent without the long lead times of traditional search firms. She knows building great HR teams isn’t just about filling roles – it’s about creating the right culture, the right fit, and making a lasting impact. With a sharp instinct for spotting top talent, she ensures every hire drives real change.

When Emily’s not connecting amazing talent with companies, she’s exploring the world (54 countries and counting..), tasting her way through her husband’s native Portugal, or hanging out with her family and three Norwegian Forest cats.
